We value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality dry fruits, herbs, honey, oils, and traditional products sourced from Gilgit Baltistan. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The wrong product was delivered
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Taste or preference issues
Products damaged after delivery
Opened, used, or partially consumed items
2. Timeframe to Report an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
The product must be unused and in original packaging
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided
Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
Contact us via email or WhatsApp
Share your order number
Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days
4. Refund Method
For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) are issued via bank transfer or store credit
Refunds are processed only after verification.
5. Replacement Policy
If approved, we may offer:
A replacement product, or
A refund, depending on product availability and customer preference
Replacement orders are dispatched after approval and confirmation.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we bear the return shipping cost
If a return is requested for any other reason, shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Perishable food items once opened
Customized or special-order products
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
8. Refused or Undelivered COD Orders
Refusal of a COD order at delivery may result in future COD restrictions
Shipping charges for refused or undelivered packages are non-refundable
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled
Prepaid order cancellations before dispatch will be refunded
10. Policy Abuse
GB Delight reserves the right to:
Reject return/refund requests in cases of misuse
Restrict future orders for repeated policy abuse

GB Delight reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
