A. Prepaid Orders (Advance Payment)

Customers can pay in advance using available online payment methods on our website.

Prepaid orders are processed faster and shipped through private courier services.


B. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only via Pakistan Post (Post Office)

  • COD availability depends on Pakistan Post service coverage in your area

  • Due to operational limitations, private couriers do not support COD orders

We reserve the right to restrict COD for certain locations or high-value orders.


2. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods depend on the selected payment option:

Prepaid Orders

Shipped via:

  • TCS Courier

  • Leopards Courier

These services offer faster delivery and shipment tracking.


Cash on Delivery Orders

  • Shipped only through Pakistan Post

  • Delivery timelines may be longer compared to private couriers

  • Tracking availability may be limited


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders (TCS / Leopards):
    ⏱️ 3–5 working days

  • Cash on Delivery (Pakistan Post):
    ⏱️ 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote or rural delivery locations

  • Courier service delays


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on order weight, size, and delivery location

  • Charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Promotional free shipping offers, if any, will be clearly announced


5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day


6. Order Tracking

  • Prepaid orders shipped via TCS or Leopards include tracking details

  • COD orders via Pakistan Post may have limited or delayed tracking information


7. Failed or Undelivered Orders

Orders may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer unavailability or refusal

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Orders may be canceled without refund of shipping charges


8. Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery address

  • Valid and reachable contact number

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.


9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the package and product

  • Our team will review and assist accordingly


10. Returned Packages

  • Packages returned due to refusal or non-availability may not qualify for a refund

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched
